Supporting the Birmingham International Tattoo

Kre8tive Communications Ltd is the organiser of the Birmingham International Tattoo, one of the UK’s leading indoor displays of music, precision and pageantry.

Staged at bp pulse LIVE Arena in Birmingham, the Tattoo brings together around 1,000 performers for a spectacular production featuring international marching bands, pipes and drums, field gun racing, flyball dog racing, standard bearers, dancers and a spectacular Grand Finale.

Kre8tive Communications is involved in every aspect of bringing the Birmingham International Tattoo to life, from the initial planning and development of the event through to its delivery in the arena. Our role includes event management and production, artist and participant liaison, venue coordination, marketing and communications, media relations, sponsorship, programme development, ticket promotion and the creation of the event’s extensive range of print, digital and promotional materials.

Delivering an event on this scale requires detailed planning and coordination, bringing together performers, production teams, suppliers, partners and volunteers while ensuring that the audience experience remains at the heart of everything we do. Alongside the operational delivery of the Tattoo, Kre8tive Communications manages its year-round promotion, developing campaigns designed to build awareness, grow audiences and maintain the event’s distinctive identity.

The Birmingham International Tattoo demonstrates Kre8tive Communications’ ability to combine event management, creative communications and live production, taking a major event from concept and planning through to promotion and performance.

Supporting the Forum for the Future of Agriculture

Here at Kre8tive Communications we are proud to have been part of the team supporting the organization of the Forum for the Future of Agriculture (ForumforAg) held in Brussels each year. This fantastic event brings together high-level speakers into a packed room to discuss important issues affecting the production of food in a sustainable way. Members of our team work with the organisers throughout the year in the planning phase to help make sure the Forum events run smoothly including running the Forum website and supporting communications, marketing and logistics activities.

After the onset of Covid restrictions we worked with the Forum team to create an online virtual platform to continue to deliver events during Covid. The virtual venue included an interactive exhibition area, live auditorium, welcome lobby and a lounge where participants could chat live during the events.

Designing an open and welcoming exhibition stand

When Syngenta needed an exhibition stand that was open and welcoming to promote their range of products at the British Potato Event, we worked with a leading stand builder to design the graphics and create videos for the screens on the stand. The aim was to create a stand that could be entered from multiple directions and avoid the feeling that a visitor was trapped once they entered. Working with the Syngenta campaign specialist we also developed a feature wall that showed the full range of products available during the potato growing season.

Helping the Ideas Network on their journey

When the newly established Ideas Network 2030 wanted help creating a web presence and supporting branding that reflected their chosen theme, based on the School of Athens, we created a unique look for them ready for their launch event.

We also help them with the organisation of their virtual events and their Summer University events, including helping them with the technology to run the events, designing all supporting materials, creating videos and photos from the events and managing their website.

Branding the Transatlantic Policy Network

When the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN) wanted to rebrand they came to us and we developed a new look and feel incorporating the EU and US flags and a strong colour scheme. We then applied the new branding across a wide range of items to ensure that TPN had a consistent presence in all their materials including social media, literature and event materials.

Below are just a few of the materials we produced for TPN.

Seeing is believing across Europe

Seeing is believing and when Syngenta wanted to share updates with its employees and with customers across Europe we worked with them and a range of suppliers to take a live exhibition on the road to venues across Europe and South Africa. We helped coordinate the planning of the events, updating the materials into local languages as needed and delivering photography and video support for the events.

Watch the short video below for a general overview of how the exhibition took to the road for one of the events in France.

Celebrating 90 years of cutting-edge innovation

When Syngenta’s Jealott’s Hill International Research Centre recently celebrated 90 years of cutting-edge innovation that helps farmers feed the world sustainably we were on hand to help them record the occasion in a short video. The biggest challenge was fitting everything into the 2 minutes 20 seconds needed for Twitter.
