Supporting the Birmingham International Tattoo

One of our largest events each year is the Birmingham International Tattoo where over 1,000 performers come together in a spectacle of pomp and pageantry. At Kre8tive Communications we provide Maestro Music International with marketing and logistics support to help publicise this great event that has raised over £180,000 for forces and other charities. From social media support to website development, from leaflet design to advertising placement, to project management and logistics, we manage all aspects of the event.

Watch our short video below for a general overview of this fantastic annual event.

Supporting Cranleigh Riding for the Disabled

At Kre8tive Communications, as part of our community outreach programme, we volunteered our time and resources to record a video about the work of the Cranleigh Riding for the Disabled Association Group. You can watch the video about the day in the life of the group below.

Cranleigh RDA offers therapeutic riding to children and adults with special needs to benefit their health and well being, to achieve their goals and to have fun! The experience gained through riding and contact with the horses helps them develop self esteem, confidence and independence. As a voluntary organisation the group receives no state or lottery funding and rely entirely on donations and fundraising. They are supported by a fantastic group of volunteers who help run the programme.

To find out more about the group you can visit their website at www.cranleighrdagroup.co.uk

Supporting Amberley Museum to reopen

When local Amberley Museum needed a video to inform their members and the public of their new procedures for reopening after closure due to Covid-19 we were happy to help. The main purpose was to fit all the main information into a video of less than 2 minutes and 20 seconds for social media use and we worked with the Museum team to develop their ideas and record their short “Welcome back” video that you can see above.

We also created a short advert to tell people more about the museum and recorded a 10-minute tour of the whole museum to give potential visitors a taster of a great day out at Amberley.

Giving a helping hand to smallholder farmers

At Kre8tive Communications we strongly support the need to encourage smallholders around the world to farm more effectively to help solve the world’s need for high quality food in a sustainable way and allow communities to help themselves through more productive agriculture. In many cases finance is impossible or expensive and so micro loans can offer a valuable way forward for such communities.

Over the last 4 years we have supported lendwithcare who take donations from individuals or companies like ours and combine them and use the funds to provide microloans to those who are impacted by poverty but need a little help to generate their businesses. Each local group then repay the loan over a period of time when their crops flourish and the same money can be reused to support other individuals or groups.

To date our money has helped 483 entrepreneurs and helped create 659 jobs and the money keeps getting recycled to help others as they need it.

The picture shows the Tionge Group from Kajaliza in Nkhotakota, Malawi who has 24 women members. They grow rice in order to earn a living. The access to a loan helped them buy farming products for their farming business with the aim of providing their families with their basic needs and educating their children. They have now repaid their loan in full and the money is now being used by others.
